We provide
TV, DVD Player, TV/DVD combos in twin bedrooms, Kettle, Iron, Ironing Board, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge with freezer compartment, Crockery, Cutlery, also Duvets and Pillows, plus a selection of Books, DVD's, CD's for guests to use during their stay.
Please note guests are required to supply their own linen, towels, tea towels and toiletries etc.
Arrival and departure
We ask that on your arrival day you and your guests arrive from 3.00 pm onward. On the day of your departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am in order to allow cleaning to take place for the next guests.
On arrival unlimited access passes need to be purchased from the log cabin to the right of the entrance of the Holiday Village.
Methods of payment
Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order. Full cost of holiday must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If there is less than 6 weeks until your booked holiday the outstanding amount will be required in full at the time of booking. Security bonds are refundable after inspection of the caravan, providing there is no damage, nothing broken, no smoking or no pets and the caravan is left clean and tidy.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your holiday:
Please ensure that you contact us without delay. The deposit is not refundable if holiday is cancelled prior to the full balance being paid. Unfortunately, if the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday the balance is not refundable.
Flamingo Land Holiday Resort Terms
Families only. No all male/ female, all youth groups or couples under 25.
The person signing the booking form is responsible for the entire party and their behavior, also for any damage costs.
All caravans are subject to a maximum capacity of 6 persons, a 7th person may be permitted but they must be age 2 or under.
Only guests named on the booking form are allowed access into the resort and accommodation(no more than 6 guests, 4 adults maximum). If during a random check there is found to be more than 6 people staying in the caravan the whole party will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Any anti-social behavior will not be accepted and guests will be asked to leave premises without a refund. Any theft or substantial damage to the caravan and its furnishings will result in local authorities being informed. All breakages MUST be reported before departure.
